By downloading, installing, or using Nova AI — Image Generator (the "App"), operated by A Real Estate SAL ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App allows users to generate AI images using text prompts and related creative tools. Certain features require an active subscription and consume credits as described below.
The App offers two subscription tiers, each available on a weekly or annual billing cycle:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or applicable app store account) upon confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and you will be notified of the amount of the renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a current billing period, except where required by applicable law or app store policy.
Credits granted with each billing period do not roll over to the next period unless explicitly stated in the App, and unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation, downgrade, or expiration of the subscription.
You may switch between Essential and Studio, or between weekly and annual billing, at any time through your device's subscription settings. Changes take effect according to the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), which may apply the change immediately or at your next renewal date depending on the type of change.
You retain ownership of the prompts and any input content you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a license to use images generated through the App for personal or commercial purposes, except where such use is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or non-infringing nature of AI-generated output.
You agree not to use the App to generate, upload, or distribute content that is:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund.
The App, its branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by A Real Estate SAL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App itself to you.
The App relies on third-party infrastructure, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and AI model providers, as well as payment processing handled by Apple App Store / Google Play. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' applicable terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Real Estate SAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
